Performing the Viparita-karani-mudra at the development stage is necessary twice a day - in the morning and in the evening, not forgetting about stretching the spine in each movement: the pelvis "leaves" from the shoulders upwards, the head - in the horizontal direction. "Stretching" of the spine, thus, is carried out from the base of the cervical region, tightly, but without the effort pressed to the floor.
