The arm has gone off after training

Jan 28, 2015, 3:48 pm

Good afternoon! Six days after training, the hand swelled (beginning with the region of the triceps muscles, now passed to the forearm), it does not hurt, the color does not change, the feeling is like a gel under the skin. The next day after training, the usual pain in the muscles. What could it be? And what should I do?
Thank you

The pressure was measured after 15 minutes. after training, was slightly lowered. If you admit that this is a drop in blood sugar, then why only after squats?
