Need for field horsetail, juniper fruit. From each ingredient take two tablespoons of raw materials, add the root of creeping wheatgrass - 20 grams, all the components are ground in a mortar, mix. From the received collection it is necessary to take 1 tbsp. spoon, brew in boiling water - 400 gr. water, strain and let stand for 20 minutes. It is recommended to take tea 3 times a day, before eating on a tablespoon.
5. From the erva of woolly (floor-floor)
We brew two tablespoons in a water bathgrass, cover with a lid and let it brew for 45-50 minutes, cool. After percolation, we take tea three times a day for 1/3 cup for half an hour before meals.
