Headache swelling of the eyelids

The disease begins acutely. The following symptoms appear:

  • an increase in body temperature lasting 7-14 days;
  • headache;
  • muscle pain;
  • weakness;
  • soreness when swallowing;
  • hoarseness of voice;
  • cough;
  • may increase lymph nodes;
  • white coating in the form of filaments and films on palatine tonsils;
  • conjunctivitis (inflammation of the conjunctiva of the eye), more often bilateral, filmy;
  • pronounced edema of the eyelids;
  • may be an intestinal function disorder;
  • a large patchy rash on the skin;
  • possibly the development of pneumonia.
