Potato compress from edema

To look after the eyes, as, indeed, and for everythingthe body needs complex. One-sided approach (for example, only charging) may not be as effective as we would like. Therefore, we add to other methods of stress and fatigue relief eye compresses. After each compress it is advisable to wash with cold water and apply a special cream to the skin around the eyes.

TEA COMPRESS for lazy people

Appointment. It is used for tired, irritated, reddened eyes. swollen x eyelids, as well as the prevention of wrinkles around the eyes, removes circles and bags under the eyes.

Preparation. This compress is the most affordable (after allblack tea can be found at home for almost everyone) and easy to prepare. Lower 2 bags of black tea (without additives) into a mug with hot boiled water, wring out excess liquid from them and let the packs cool (they should be slightly warm). Put them on closed eyelids and lie down for about 10-15 minutes. The same can be done with green tea and with bags of chamomile, which will remove eye irritation and soothe them. After the compress, do not forget about the cream around the eyes.

Appointment. Similar to the previous compress.

Preparation. Brew strong black tea without additives (teaa spoonful of tea for half a cup of boiling water) and strain it. You can also use packaged black tea. Allow the brewing to cool, it should be cold, but not ice. Dampen the cotton buds and put them on closed eyelids. Hold for 1-2 minutes, then moisten again and return it back to your eyes. Repeat several times. The whole procedure should take about 10-15 minutes.

CURIOUS COMPRESS for the lazy

Application. Put a fresh cucumber in a circle on closed eyelids and lie for 10-15 minutes in a relaxed state. You can also pre-dip pieces of cucumber in cold milk, and then put it on your eyes.

Appointment. Similar to the previous compress.

Application. Rub the cucumber on the grater. Take 2 small pieces of gauze and wrap them in grated cucumber mass. A little squeeze out the resulting compresses, so that the gauze is soaked with juice. Put them on closed eyelids and lie down, relaxed, 10-15 minutes.

Application. Dip cotton swabs into warm milk and put on closed eyelids for 15 minutes. It is advisable to do in the morning and in the evening (the procedure in the morning can be replaced by rubbing the eyelids with warm milk).

Appointment. Removes dark circles under the eyes, moisturizes the dry skin of the eyelids.

Application. Wet cotton swabs in warm olive or sunflower oil, put on the skin under the eyes and hold for at least 15 minutes.

POTATO COMPRESS for lazy people

Appointment. Removes edema, removes bags under the eyes and other traces of eye fatigue.

Application. Peel the raw potatoes, cut 2 slices and place them on closed eyelids. Hold for 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

Appointment. Similar to the previous compress.

Application 1. Peel potatoes (one medium will beenough) from the rind and grate on a shallow grater. Get the gruel put into the half folded gauze, gently press it so that the gauze is soaked, and put it on the closed eyelids. Lie with such compresses for 15-20 minutes, then rinse your eyes with cold water.

Application 2. From the grated potato slurry squeeze the juice and mix it with wheat flour. The resulting mixture wrap in gauze and put on your eyes. The procedure time is also 15-20 minutes.

Appointment. Helps to cope with irritation, redness and fatigue of the eyes, has a calming effect.

Application. Brew a tablespoon of chamomile flowers in a mugwater (250 ml) and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Cool the broth, dab in it cotton swabs and put on closed eyelids. Ideally, do a compress 2 times a day (in the morning and in the evening) for 10 minutes.

Application. One tablespoon of lime color pour 250 mlwater (mug) and bring to a boil over low heat. Leave the broth to brew for 6 hours. Dip in the broth cotton swabs, squeeze a little and put on closed eyelids; hold for about 15 minutes, periodically dipping in a broth. Before the compress to enhance the effect, you can wipe the skin near the eyes with an ice cube.

From a fake broth you can not only make a compress, but also just wash your eyes with their redness.

Appointment. Relieves fatigue, removes swelling. gives shine to the eyes.

Application. Finely chop or chop the fresh birch leaves in a blender, pour a glass of cold water. Let it brew for 10 hours and make compresses with cotton swabs. The procedure time is 15 minutes.

Application. Pour 1 tablespoon of peppermint leavesa mug of boiling water (250 ml), boil on low heat for 5 minutes and let it brew with the lid closed. Then strain, soak in the mint broth cotton swabs and put them on your eyes for 10-15 minutes.

Application. 3 tablespoons of cornflower flowers pour a glass of boiling water, let it boil and cool. Dip in a decoction of cotton swabs and leave them in front of the eyes for 15 minutes (periodically wet in a decoction).

You can also freeze the broth of a cornflower in an ice mold and wipe the skin around the eyes with ice cubes in the morning. This will relieve swelling of the eyelids and prevent redness of the eyes.

Application. Place under each eye (on the lower eyelid) a piece of fresh figs. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.

Application. In 2 pieces of gauze, folded twice, put finely chopped parsley and dip into boiling water for 30 seconds. Compresses slightly cool and put them on closed eyelids for 10 minutes.
