Swelling of the feet with pancreatitis

I work in a women's team, and we have takencelebrate holidays on a grand scale. If a colleague has a birthday, then the table is just bursting with different dishes. Alcoholic drinks we do not indulge, we are more fond of branded salads, baked goods. Of course, salads are always filled with mayonnaise, and cakes are baked in two or three "floors". How else? It's so delicious.

I did not have enough strength to refuse dainties. As a result, the day after the feast my pancreas began to ache. To get rid of the pain, I had to take medicine. But once even the pills did not help. I had to go to the clinic to see a doctor. The diagnosis was disappointing - acute pancreatitis.
I was tired then! It's good that one woman, whom she met at the polyclinic, suggested how you can help the pancreas without drugs.

Take 1 cup of buckwheat, rinse it welland pour 0.5 liters of kefir. Do it in the evening. After 12 hours, i.e. in the morning, divide the soaked croup into 2 parts. One portion to eat instead of breakfast, the second - instead of dinner (but no later than 2 hours before bedtime). The first two days you can do without lunch and snack. And then for dinner, eat a vegetable stew, cooked for a couple, for a snack - fruit. This regime should be followed for 10 days, then take a break for 10 days and repeat the treatment course again.

Observing such rules of nutrition, I have alreadya few days felt much better - the pain in the pancreas region disappeared, the swelling of the intestine ceased, an unusual lightness appeared throughout the body. I wanted to sing as a hero of one cartoon: "And I want to fly. "But most importantly - for a month I lost 5 kg and got rid of swelling on my legs.
Now I follow a diet, I do not overeat, and every three months I spend a treatment course on the basis of buckwheat groats - the benefit of it not only the pancreas, but the whole body!
