Swollen legs after exercising

I decided to pull myself up to the spring, at home I went in for sports. running on the spot, aerobics, jumping.
was engaged no more than 30 minutes. revised the diet, excluded sugar from tea, coffee, I drink more water.
after a week of classes, the feet began to bump down, thought it would pass. then I look over the heel on the side under the bone, swollen on my legs, and the evening swells completely, and it hurts, it's hard to walk
