You can also make infusion of bearberry bear: grass to insist in a glass of boiling water and drink on a tablespoon. You can make combinations from different diuretic herbs, insist in the same way and drink throughout the day. For example, you can use the following composition:

  • 1 part - birch leaves;
  • 1 part - dandelion leaves;
  • 4 parts - raspberry leaves.

Brew for 1 tbsp. spoon of this mixture in a glass of boiling water, insist and drink a decoction of 1 tbsp. spoon up to 5 times a day.
