Swelling of the legs in the early stages of pregnancy

I have a sedentary job at the moment. At work I am from 6am to 9pm, and sometimes to 10pm. At the same time, my legs and shin ache and sweat. I do not observe edema any more. Face, belly and arms all as usual, before pregnancy. I have already limited the amount of liquid used. Such swelling that even in the morning does not pass. What to do. Opportunities to see a doctor are not available now.

it is necessary to raise legs during the day to the elevation, I also have a job sitting upright all day, but I periodically give my feet a rest, and I already feel relief.

I try to let my legs rest at least a little,I walk around the office, during lunch I try to walk or lift my feet to the hill. But during the day the feeling of fatigue in the legs, the so-called sensation of "pads" does not pass. And so every day. On the weekend, the truth becomes easier. Voobshchem I am afraid of these edemas. During the first pregnancy, for all 9 months, swelling was observed only once and sometimes not so strong. And now I'm very worried. I really want to save, endure and give birth to a healthy baby!

You work very hard, and even sit downwork, even in a normal healthy person with such a long sitting legs swelling, not to mention pregnant, and the doctor must definitely turn around and find time for this, as health is in the first place, and work on the second.

(write alas ..) then I can take a certificate of pregnancy and I will be transferred to easy work. my working time will be shortened. sorry that the authorities did not explain and the test did not show today all day lying, legs raised on several folded pillows, it became much easier. I would advise you to start wearingCompression jersey - namely stockings or pantyhose - they improve blood circulation, legs are much easier. Probably, that you are disturbed by this initial displays of varices. Unfortunately, I later realized myself, only in the fifth month - but now I do not get out of such stockings and pantyhose.

A contrast shower in the morning and in the evening helps very well. The truth is used more as a prophylaxis, but with edemas too it helps!

But it is advisable to drink bound fluids - these fluids are retained in the bloodstream and do not enter the tissues, hence, they avoid edema. They include freshly squeezed juices and milk.
